Can't wait until my husband and I move out of here this summer. The office staff is horrible. The maintenance people are rude, the noise level in my building is so bad that my husband and I have to run a fan at night to drown out the noise.

They promise discounts to their residents who are teachers and/or in the military. When we renewed last year they told us we no longer qualified even though my husband is still a teacher.

The rent is incredibly high considering that the apts are small and cramped. There is no extra storage so we have to rent and offsite storage bin. The parking is aweful, and the steps to our building have been in need of repair for months now.

If we want to have a few friends over for dinner they all have to be out of the apt. by 10PM or their cars will get towed to me that is rediculous.

I could go on and on about the horrible experience that we have had at the Parliaments. To sum it all up I hate this apt. community.
