Avoid at all cost...

I only had a brief relationship with this complex, and they were about as rude and inconsiderate as I could have imagined. Everything started out fine, with them putting me on the "VIP" list, and finding an apartment rather quickly. I was informed that something would be opening up on the tenth of the month, five days before I had to move out. Perfect! An hour later they called back and said that due to a scheduling mishap, the apt would actually not be ready until the 17th. I had to be out by the 15th. Still I persisted. When I went to sign the lease, they were very helpful, and moved my date up to the 15th. How kind. Not a week later, and only a week and a half until I was scheduled to move in, I was called and told that I would not be able to move in because the current tenants had changed their minds and would not be moving out. I was however, offered a hi-rise apt - which was smaller and more expensive. When I requested that I be charged the same price that I was quoted for the garden apt, I was refused. When I asked if I could move in on a temporary basis, and wait for an open garden, I was refused. They can keep their apartment, I'd rather live under an overpass.
PS- Ignore all the ratings below, since I didn't actually move in.
