The worst place to move into in Northern Virginia

My husband and have lived at the Parliaments for almost 3 years, we are moving in two weeks because we have finally found a better place to live.
The Property manager is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with, she is rude unapproachable and seems to only be concerned with her profit margin. When we informed her that we were moving she threw a fit!
The office staff is horrible! They act like they own the place.
We have complained on numerous occasions about noise only to be ignored. My cats have terrorized by the people coming in to make repairs.
The Rent is EXTREMELY high.
Oh and the highlight of my stay was the day I watched a single mother of two being evicted, the eviction crew threw her stuff over the balcony.
DON'T MOVE INTO THIS COMMUNITY YOU WILL REGRET IT!
