1) Floors creak like crazy so you will hear people walk night and day and you have to worry about minimizing noise for the ppl below you too (if you live on the second floor). I've been in my apartment for only 1 month and I got my first complaint from my neighbor (below me) last night. My point is, if you're living in a low class building, don't expect much and tolerate as much as possible. You get what you paid for.

2) They take parking seriously so obey their rules. If you park poorly, or don't have a parking permit, they REALLY will tow. It's a pain to go over to the main office just to get temporary guest parking permits every time you have guests over but like I said, you gotta have low expectations for places like this.

3) Quality of apartments... The bathroom tile floors are gross. They don't look like they were cleaned before we moved in. Walls, moldings, and door frames are plastered with so much paint that they have a sticky feel. Doors get glued when closed due to years and years of paint so when you open them they make so much noise. Kitchen is gross too.

4) People at the leasing office seem nice. A couple of them are questionable but the service is not bad.

I recommend this place to pet owners because you don't have to pay a pet deposit so you can save significantly.

Well my lease is up soon and all I have to say that my experience here sucked. I think it all comes down to who your neighbors are. My neighbors upstairs are really loud and have no respect for people beneath them. The people next to them constantly throw trash down to our level...I've made complaints about this but nothing significant was done. All I have to say that people here have no class.
We put in a complaint about the neighbors upstairs after holding back for 5 months. This contradicts some of my points but the noise they were making was beyond tolerance. I'm talking about stomping past midnight to the crack of dawn. It's like they never sleep! After making the complaint, they've been stomping around more than usual.

Update:
Finally out of this place. The office manager Tracy is a straight-laced witch who is incapable of compromise. Don't bother talking to her because is not a flexible person. I do not recommend this place even to pet owners. There is a reason why there is no pet fee/deposit. You'll see when you move out.
