If you like living where your not allowed to walk on your floors, watch your TV, or if you like the sound of your neighbors snoring.. then this is the place for you!.. Tissue paper walls & floors, even lease says to keep volume of appliances reduced below average. Red Flag! renters beware of The Parliaments. Staff is rude and don't return calls and is only concerned about getting your money and not about your quality of living. Only good thing about this place is the parking, however you only get one vistors pass, but my car has not been broken into yet! If your really set on living here, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take my lease.
