I moved in 8 months ago. I live in the high rise and I have no complaints about noise, neighbors, staff, bugs, parking, nothing. I've really enjoyed it. The staff is cooperative and friendly. I've found if you are reasonable and polite most people respond in kind. I would recommend the Parliaments to anyone.

Ok resident staff!! I dont know where you are trying to say that you live but you ARE NOT living in this complex. Dont be fooled. The parking is atrocious..we have roaches, bed bugs, and our supposed locked lobby is NOT! Half the time the doors are barely closed and you will find non residents wandering on the different floors. Then also to show how stupid this rental office is we were forced to endure Verizon fios wires being run in the buildings...now because its so expensive not too many people are doing it...DONT BE FOOLED ABOUT THIS PLACE...we also are in a prime area for the day laborers that surround this complex. You do not want to be out in the complex at night!

Yes and I still live here, and have for over a year now. I've had one run-in with the office and we solved it. I find them very responsive, responsible and efficient. I think it's interesting so many people have had such problems and I've had so few. I can't help but wonder if you behave rudely and disrespectful towards them, and are therefore treated similarly.

We lived here and were always polite and put up with a LOT of rudeness and inefficiency from the vast majority of the office staff. Maintenance was horrible. Verizon a fiasco. Are you sure, newtoarea08, that you live in the Parliments in Annandale, Virginia? If so, how did you manage to avoid the bugs, parking issues, druggies, noisy neighbors, and INCOMPETENT AND RUDE office staff?!

Office staffs are terrible especialy this girl named Moniq(not sure of spellings of her name) was getting mad to blame at us which was caused by her own mistake. Evantually, the manager had to come over to settle everything down. Moreimportantly, we moved here two weeks ago and already have decided to move out because of bedbugs. We never had any bugs from previous place. I would not recommnend this apartment!!
