I went into The Parliaments to enquire about an apartment. I liked the apartment, although a little small. Eliana, a staff member that works in office was not very helpful. She showed me an apartment and barely explained anything. She opened the door and I walked around by myself while she stayed in the living room. After about 2 minutes, she asked, "Well, do you like it'" Not exactly what I expect from someone who supposedly wants to rent the apartment to you. She was very quiet and when I got back to the office, she had to have someone else explain a few things to me because she did not understand. The explination I received contradicted everything Eliana had first told me. I was not too happy about that because I wanted a correct answer the first time and by the second different explination, I was confused. I figured that she must be new but what had bothered me the most was that she acted as if i was bothering her by asking her questions. I had narrowed my apartment search down to The Parliaments and another complex in Springfield. I made my choice and went to sign a lease at The Parliaments Apartments despite Eliana's very rude attitude. Long story, long, I went to sign the lease and walked in and Eliana just glarred at me. I said hi to her and asked her a question about the move-in date and she gave me a different answer again. I told her that I was told a different date and she told me, "You must have not understood when it was explained to you." I couldn't believe it! I have worked in customer service for almost 15 years and I would never say that to anyone. That spoke volumes about the quality of staff. I told her that I would not be moving in after all. All in all ELIANA IS VERY UNFRIENDLY, ALOOF, BRUSK AND DISCOURTEOUS

It's not just Elena..it's the entire staff. And you are lucky that you didnt move in. You would be regretting it later!
