The apartment is fairly spacious, though they are well-worn. The grounds are well-kept and the staff was always pleasant. Maintenance was also done promptly. It was not the nicest place to live, but the price included all utilities. For being 5 minutes from the Beltway, the price that we paid was more than fair for an apartment that was at least clean and safe. You will hear your neighbors walking around and possibly playing music - that was my major complaint. Otherwise, I recommend these apartments wholeheartedly.

i have been looking for apartments for last few days and reading your comments thanks for the info and the heads up but i just have a question for the unhappy people that live there, why is that ya'll are still putting up with the bs there and for some reason think that everyone that lives there think like you, just because someone likes it and writes a good review about something doesn't mean they work there and wow if u can identify someone by the way they type your a genius and making a boat load of money so u def dont need to be living there or maybe you just have so much time on your hands and cant get into something u can afford bottom line is if ur unhappy find something ur gonna be happy in and stop wasteing your time
