Slipping

Lived in the highrise for quite awhile. Seriously going downhill. Always have water off for repairs, "security doors" always open or jammed open so anyone can come in. Elevators dirty or being stuck in between floors, drug deals going down ... more

I have only been living here at the Parliaments for about 4 months now. My husband and I live in a 2/2 garden view on the 3rd floor, with one floor above us. It is horrible. The noise is unbearable ... more
