I've noticed that most people who post things on this website are usually the ones with the biggest complaints. At Wedgewood, there definitely were some things to deal with (as I'm sure there are with any apartments), but overall, I was pretty happy with my living situation for the 2 years I was there. Yes, the management is not overly friendly, but I think that they do try and fix things when called. As for guest parking, there is plenty of street parking for overnight guests that do not require a parking pass.
I have to say that we did have to be exterminated for roaches, which was not very convenient, but they were prompt in the extermination. I think that the neighborhood is not necessarily the best, but that is not the fault of the apt. complex.
All in all, I'd say that you get what you pay for. This is probably one of the lowest prices for apartments you'll find in this area, so along with that there are some other things you need to deal with...it is definitely manageable though. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
