No maintenance at all, even spending 2 years.
Don't complain about your apartment quality otherwise you will get full blown harrasment from management, specially if you are an immigrant. You will be ask to move out if you insist maintanence, doesnt matter your lease term.
You Cannot park your car in reverse( must be rear side out) :p
Guest cannot park after 9:00
Forgotten your rent, so pay min. 5% of your rent as late fee.
Get stuck with old carpet with lots of germs, and you have to pay the price for new once you leave.
Appliances are of poor quality, if worked thats your luck.
5% annual rent increase.
Dont worry about your (75% of rent) security deposit, it is gone forever.

I got my full security deposit back. You have to clean where you leave, but where is that not true? Also, the late fee on rent is going to happen wherever you live.
