Okay for the price

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
Pros:
* Rent is cheap for the location
* Clean common grounds
* Apartments are a pretty nice size
* They had brand new carpet in our unit
* Nice and friendly neighbors (at least in my building)
* Safe
Cons:
* Office staff (seems like they need some training!)
* They exterminate for roaches and bed bugs it seems like EVERY other month! (This is a good thing, to prevent any bugs in your unit, but it is such a hassle!)
* Parking - This might just be where our building is located, but if you are home after 7pm good luck finding parking. AND they painted the parking spaces WAY too SMALL! Even for a compact car! I have an SUV and have so many nicks and scratches from other people opening their car doors!
All in all... I would recommend this place. It's affordable and clean. You just have to be VERY patient with the office staff. They should really invest in some training!
