It's ok... - The building is sturdy, my apt is well renovated and clean. The neighborhood is alright, there are a few less than appealing "neighbors" but its not too bad. It's Annandale, after all... you're gonna get a few vagrants. Really crappy This place was so terrible. The staff is beyond rude. AIMCO is an evil, evil property managment company. The building is always in need of repairs. The water is constantly being turned off at the worst times. The amount of dirty teenagers in the lobby at night is disgusting.
