We lived at 2121 Columbia pike from 2003-2005. Despite the noise from the street, it was a good bulding until we moved out in 2005. Previous posts about the management are true. Mariarita Cedrini is not a nice person and a liar. She kept our deposit, indicating that we had dirtied the carpets. The carpets were not new when we moved in and we rented a carpet cleaner from Giant to clean the rugs before leaving. It did not matter. Cedrini was going to keep our money. We paid our rent on time, were friendly and did not make a lot of noise, but in the end we were treated poorly - for no reason. I would not recommend living here until the management changes. Renter beware here. When moving out, get a lawyer first so you don't get screwed.

Yes, Cedrini is a walking sack of ****, a piece of human refuse of the kind that should not have been allowed into the country despite the famous phrase on the Statue of Liberty. Prospective renters beware: once you are in the place you and your guests will be dealt with rudely and unprofessionally.
