DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! The biggest problem is with the maintanance. Once you report a problem in your apartment, it takes a couple days for someone to come look at the problem, and then nothing gets fixed! They claim to have fixed the problem, but they don't know what they are doing. The problems occur over and over again! The biggest problem with this building is the laundry facilities. There are only 8 washers and 4 dryers for all 200 apartments, and for the last 3 weeks two of those 8 washers have been out of order (before which were just getting ignored and ruining people's clothing), and 1 of the 4 dryers has been out of order for that long as well. Despite people letting the maintanance know something is wrong, the out of order signs didn't even go up right away, so people kept using them, to find their clothes still soaking wet, or the dryer eating their money and not finishing the cycle. Not to mention the air conditioning has not been working for the past couple of weeks, making it hotter inside than it is outside (and it's 90 outside!). Something needs to be done here.
