Milla is the worst building manager I have ever dealt with. She is very inflexible and if you want to ask her something, make sure you fully understand the building policy because she is acting as if she is abiding to the rules and she doesnt know them. Also, make sure you document what you tell her because she makes up stories!! Another thing, she has an attitude problem. I have never seen her speaking nicely to anyone. She is always agressive and rude. She has a problem seriously!! The only people I love in that place are my neighbours, front desk associates and the building engineers. The front desk associates always smile and they strive their best to help you. So think wisely, if you want to be diabetic and have blood pressure problems move to 2121 Columbia Pike and deal with Milla!!
