Bad management!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Would not recommend this building. The rent is increasing every year and the building is not seeing any improvements. The management however is the true downfall to this "could be promising" apartment complex. It appears the owners have blinders on however. Keep looking, you don't want to live here.
