The tenants in the building are very nice, but I have never seen such poor management in all the apartments I have lived in. If you take time to write a letter to complain about something, you NEVER receive a personal response.

The air conditioning was broken on 4 separate occasions, one of them lasting a week, and no one was compensated. I had to get a hotel room for two days and when that became expensive I was forced to stay on my friend's couch.

Now we are having problems with the hot water. The building has been out of hot water on 3 separate occacsions for many hours at a time. I DO NOT recommend that anyone lives here. For the money you spend, you want to go somewhere that appreciates you!
