The mamangement at 2200 is absolutely terrible. They're rude and terribly inefficient. The apartment builing smells of mold at the back entrance, the laundry facilities are poor, and the gym is a joke.

Other issues'
1. you have to have Fedex call you before the building will accept a package. isn't that part of the reason for living in an apartment building - for the amentities'
2. you will be charged $100 per lost key when your lease ends. nice revenue generator
3. you will be charged $120 if you don't shampoo your carpets. gimmie a break.
4. it takes a month to get the pro-rated portion of your last month's rent back....and your security deposit.
5. they're in the process of redoing the kitchens and bathrooms of the units. cheap construction.
6. the pigeons....good lord, they're all over the place.
7. the power goes out at least a dozen times over the summer.

And, Marita (manager) is the rudest woman I have ever met.
