I moved in a couple of months ago and have really enjoyed living here. All utilities are included, you have to get cable and internet on your own. My appliances are all pretty and new and work well. I havent had a problem with parking .The building is kept clean and mangagement has been really friendly. I havent had any problem with maintenance people, they are very fast when you have a problem. I havent had to deal with any noisy neighbors which has been a nice surprise. There is plenty of shopping within a mile of the building and there are metro bus stops in front of the bilding. In one word i am so happy to live in 2200.
