I have stayed here for 5 months and I must say I hate this place since the day I got here. Though apartments are clean. Management is like a ---- here. They are extremely rude, their policies sucks. Car parking is extra cost. One day I also found a roach here. There is a construction going near by and whole day there is a hell of noise. This does not look like a residential place. Looks like a construction site. I have heard fire alarms blow in this apartment every month so loud and worse of all fake ones. Not advisable for folks who are at home. Utilities are included but management will not let you use AC even if ppl cannot sleep in burning hot climate because their law does not allow them to do so until mid may. Ridiculous !!. Any furniture shifting is not allowed on Sunday and they charge 100 dollars if you elevator is not used during specified time given and exceeds the duration. I hate this place and this place is not at all recommended. Management is rude , inefficient and sucks and I avoid even looking or talking to them ever. Just waiting for my lease to get over. Sick place. In my 4 years in USA. This is one of worst management buildings I have seen. Don't move here.Not at all recommended. Do so at your own risk and loss of mental peace.
