I read some previous reviews, and i'm disgusted by what people are saying. I live here for almost a year, and i have never had a problem with the management. I called the maintenance twice, and they showed up both times within 5 minutes of my call. The building is kept pretty clean, and it has a nice DC view. They also have 24 hours maintenance people living in the building.

. . . I forget to mention . . . after a year of blissful living at 2200 columbia pike. . . what would prompt you to look up apartment reviews? Seems shady to me. Are you sure you are not management or employed by the company? You're true motives may never show. . . but something sketchy is amiss here. . .Enjoy your place. . . to each their own.

You are nuts. I'd warn anyone to keep away from this building. The management is truly, truly horrible. Give it another year and see if you are still whistling the same tune...

why would someone be so adamantly PRO-management after only TWO dealings with them? This comment is DEFINITELY written by the management. They are terrible and inflexible and incompetent. The head woman is a terror and is the most unfriendly person I have ever met.
