I have lived there for about six months. I didn't have any problems with noise, other than that from the street/school. Great lobby and amenities, but certainly not worth the price. The location, across from the Metro, is great, but Courthouse area can be very homogenous and dull. Other places just as new and nice can be found in Rosslyn and Clarendon. Rosslyn is closer to the District and Clarendon has more of a neighborhood feel. Probably will move when lease is up. The memos/letters from the front office have taken an eerily threatening tone recently. No matter how benign the topic (i.e. tips on safety, parking) you feel condescended to and insulted.
