Looky here... I have lived in some dumps before I lived at this place... and I can tell you it is refreshing to find a place to live where the management is smarter than toilet tissue. I wouldn't have even lived there had it not been for the leasing agents who were really on top of their game (Kelly Wilson!). The doormen/front desk are respectful and extremely polite. Heck, they even given you a smile free of charge. The grounds and common area are well maintained and the management has a social for tenants from time to time. Noise you say' Not a problem... I don't smell unpleasantries on my floor and I take in as much peace and quiet as I need there. My roomie loves our place so much he took snaps with his camera and made a screensaver out it (after 8 months of living there!). One more thing that excites me at 2201 is the people who live there. Searching for the beautiful people in Arlington... you've found your home. One day I came home to find a 6 foot blond sunbathing topless outside our window... I swear it. I can't pay enough rent to come home to that everyday. Charles E Smith really has it's act together at 2201. I should like to highly recommend it.

I am glad this person felt comfortable being this candid about their reasons for loving the building so much. I don't want to live anywhere the men are obnoxious enouth to advertise topless sunbathers as a reason to live somewhere. Furthermore, I don't want to live anywhere that permits topless sunbathers.

I thought his review was the best damn review I've seen on this website. It was honest, compeling, and real-life. And what seems to be wrong with men who are attracted to women and women who are comfortable enough with themselves to show a breast?
