This apartment building is in a great neighborhood and is close to the Metro, shops, movie theater, etc. It was built in 2001 and is quite a modern building. However, the builder saved a bundle by using very thin materials. As a result, you can hear your neighbors on the other side of the wall in every room of the apartment. The biggest problem is the management staff at 2201. They are not responsive at all. Numerous noise complaints were unresolved. For the amount of money you pay to live at 2201, everything should be top-notch. Unfortunately it's anything but. My advice is to look elsewhere.
