I have lived here about 4 months and I really like it. The staff is very friendly - especially the door personnel. The apartments are relatively small but a good size for me (single guy with minimal stuff). The cost is a little expensive for the size but to me worth it for the convenience of the metro and the building is relatively new (1510 for a one bedroom). I have checked their website and comparible one bedrooms are listed much higher now. Im curious about my rent increase in July 2006. I'll let you know if its absorbant. However, I was renting from the same company in Connecticut and they had a similiar trend and my increase was 70 dollars... not too bad.

There are some flaws. Parking. Parking is terrible. VERY SMALL Spaces and not reserved. I own a small car and its tough at time as most spaces are very small. They also do not offer guest spaces.. so if you have friends visiting... GOOD LUCK. The doors are very thin. Thus, you can hear what's going on outside in the hall at times. But, its rare that I hear from any noise from the neighbors (beside, below, or above)

Overall, I high recommend this complex. Like everywhere, there are deficiencies. No one is going to be totally happy. The deficiences are minimal and the ammenties are extraordinary. I feel totally safe here at all times which is very imporant to me and my current neighbors are respectful. So, unless they raise rent some absorbant amount... I'll be here for atleast another year.
