We have lived here for 6 months and are only leaving because we are moving out of state. It has been a very good experience for us. All maintenance issues were resolved quickly and effectively. We have had very good interactions with all the staff and management. It feels safe and we love the location. It's very solidly built and you don't hear neighbors through the walls and you don't hear your upstairs neighbor. The split-level pool also provides a great ambient waterfall sound if your windows are open. We love our balcony but it is enclosed and concrete. It is nice for storage but we have had some trouble with rain collecting. I would recommend a balcony with a railing instead.

Our one complaint is the parking garage, which is poorly laid out. It is very difficult to park in the tiny spaces even driving a sub-compact car.

It is expensive but we decided it was worth it for the convenience and quality. Great for young professionals. Most residents keep to themselves but we have found everyone very pleasant.
