The apartments are nice, well kept and spacious. The rent is high but it has a great location. It's a bit deceptive that prices change on the internet, so you cannot lock into a lease price until you are ready to sign. We knew what we were getting into. HOWEVER, we didn't find out that UTILITIES are NOT included until AFTER we moved in! Tenants are reponsible for water, sewer and garbage on top of the rent, and they nickel and dime you here. We have had very expensive bills and it's just the 2 of us. We are pretty conservative with our hot water use and such. Also the "business office" looks great but the connection is terribly slow and is not realistic as a sole means of internet and computer access. Just know what you are getting into!
