I've lived here for almost one year and love it. Definitely a bit more upscale than other buildings in the area. The materials/appliances used in the apartments are nicer than in most other buildings I've seen. Staff is friendly enough and more helpful than most. Being directly across from the Courthouse metro is great. Also tons of restaurants and bars in walking distance. At 24, I think I'm one of the youngest residents. Slightly older crowd in late 20's/30's so a little older than you might find at other buildings in the area. Its a bit pricey but given the quality, its not surprising. Nice pool although I've been fewer than 5 times. I was picking between Courthouse Plaza and Courthouse Place and found 2201 Wilson to be the easy decision although slightly more $.

My only complaint is the doors have a nice sized gap under them which lets sound in. Can be fixed a little bit with weather stripping. Neighbor plays techno loudly sometimes which can be kind of annoying
