Fine - I have been in Barcroft since October. It is fine if you are looking for a place to live in Arlington that is not extremely expensive. I like that I don't have to pay a pet rent or deposit for my cat, or worry about paying bills for utilities. When I have a maintenance problem, it gets fixed within a day or two.
