The place is PERFECT. Management is the nicest you will ever find, very proactive. The maintenance guy, Jose, never stops smiling. Super clean, perfect location right next to a park with tennis courts, basketball, soccer field, kids playground. Library across the parking lot. Neighborhood with cute small homes right behind it. AWESOME restaurants nearby. Super close to two metro stops. You can get into downtown DC in like 10 minutes by Metro.
