Gotta say, the landlord bites. She s not friendly, and she s incompetent.

As for the apartment itself, it s small, dated and a run down. Windows that leak, vents filled with crap. Old linoleum. Balcony that is about 2 ft deep--barely enough space for a couple of chairs. Thin walls--I could hear the neighbor's kid from across the hall all-too-clearly, as well as everything they listened to on tv.

No amenities in the building at ALL, unless you call ONE washer and dryer on each floor an amenity. Don t expect people to be respectful when doing their laundry, either. I had another resident get mad at me for carefully placing her dry clothes on top of the dryer when she didn t come back for over an hour and EVERY other machine in the building was occupied.

The last reviewer mentioned numerous and large closets I don t know what she s talking about, they weren t nearly large enough to place a washer/dryer in them and for two people in a 2BR-1BA apartment, they are just adequate, not amazingly generous.

The park behind it could be a selling point for some. Free parking is good. But the common areas are a freaking embarrassment I was ashamed to let the pizza guy see my lobby, much less bring guests through it. Plastic flowers and AARP cards aren t comical, they are TACKY.
