I think this place is wonderful. All utilities (water etc.) are included and they will redo (put in new carpeting, appliances) prior to moving in. I have not seen any bugs or rodents in here at all and the maintenance men are wonderful! Both times I have needed something fixed they do it within that day. The office manager is delightful and very helpful. My only complaints: the walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors, that is a problem. Luckily the office manager is always around and willing to take calls at all hours. I luckily have not had to do that though. Other complaint, although the utilites are free, the building has to change the heat to AC for summer and likewise for winter. This year I thought they switched the AC to heat too early and I was extremely hot in my apartment for about 3 weeks until the temperatures outside dropped. They just switched over to AC, so I'm happy now. I like this place though....and who really cares about the lobby and fake flowers....although it is tacky, it is not dirty. My apartment is nice looking and that's all I care about.
