This place is the pits. The apartments are infested with roaches and the management's approach is pointless. They only come to spray when you call them and they only spray your apartment, which simply shifts the roaches to the next unit. They undoubtedly reappear when the unit next door sprays. The parking is a nightmare. Management does nothing for assigning spots or enforcing non-residents parking in the lot. So, if you don't arrive before the evening, you are stuck looking for on-street parking, which is very limited. In addition, the balconies were condemned and, instead of fixing them, management simply sealed off the doors to the balcony. Do not rent a unit at Ancient Oaks.
