I have to agree with the other posters on the prevalence of raoches in this complex. However, it seems to be a localised issue around certain apartments.
In my apartment you sometimes see one or two in the evenings, rarely more than that and often none at all. But my friend has an apartment in the same building, just one stairwell over, and never see any.
That aside, the management company have always been friendly and professional and any issues, like a leaking tap, have been fixed quickly and professionally.
The cheap rents are a great plus for this place too. I agree with the previous poster who said he got the impression they were waiting for these building to fall down. They plainly are, as this land has to be worth a fortune in this neighbourhood.
My advice is to stock up on RAID and enjoy the bargain while it lasts!
