Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2004-01-01

Stayed there too long b/c it was cheap, but I moved when my bathtub/kitchen sink kept backing up with dirty water. Had other leaks from old pipes, which were repaired but the wall was left sloppily patched. Knew of one lady who left; after water leaks, her cats were sick from mold. Management was difficult, and non responsive. Location is good, nice neighborhood, but it is not worth the problems.
