God save me from the Roaches

Let me start by saying the apartment is cheap, roomy, and in an awesome location. And maintenance has always been very responsive to my needs. HOWEVER the roach problem is ridiculous. They will come in and spray your kitchen when requested as long as you remove Everything from it, but the roaches will be peering up at you from the counter the following day mocking you and all your feeble efforts. There are simply not enough parking spots for the amount of residents. Yes, after 8 pm, good luck.
