Ancient Oaks

this apartment complex is horrible: they came into my apartment when i was gone for some sort of maintinence work (which i didnt request or was aware or), did not bolt lock the door when they left, left the bathroom windown open, moved my furniture to get to the fuse box they were working on, left a HUGE mess (dust, grime, dirt, pieces of concrete EVERYWHERE) and left the ac on. when i wrote a letter to complain and demand some sort of compensation for being in danger as well as wasting my money on the ac that was left on, they wrote back saying that they have used the contractors for years and never had a complaint so basically too bad for me. i have had the place sprayed for bugs at least 4 times in the last 6 months and there are still crawling things around. my bathroom floor sunk in about an inch or two and the only thing they did to fix it was chalk the crack. there is NEVER parking. i work full time and go to school so when i get home from class at night, i sometimes have to park 3 blocks away. there are constantly rats running around in thr parking lot at night. im looking for a new place and intend to get out of this lease because this is not the way a decent human should live. dont rent here, even though i can walk to work in 15 minutes and can afford to live in an efficancy by myself, this place is horrible in every single other aspect. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
