I concur with the writer who stated don't expect to be treated well at Lincoln Towers. When I moved in approximately 6 years ago, the parking and utilities were included in the rent. They just asked me to sign a new lease. In addition, to raising the rent by about $80.00 per month; they, also stated that I would have to pay for all the utilities and $40.00 for parking per month. The apartment complex is approximately 14 years old and believe you me it is showing it's age and them some. The underground parking garage constantly leaks and the parking spaces are very close together. As a result my car has numerous dings in it, and the parking is not assigned. The water is constantly being shut off and the management with the exception of the assistant manger acts like they could care less about tenant problems. I figured that the increae in the rent by the time I paid for the increase, the utilities and the parking would come to a 22% increase. However, I do want to express my appreciation to Lincoln Towers. The rent increase motivated me to move out! I found a new much nicer apartment in a high rise for less rent. Yeah, Lincoln Towers is lousy! Lousy management, deteriorating building, parking problems, water problems, etc.

I could not agree more with the endless problems at LT in addition to rude and arrogant employees top down...
