You're paying for location - that's IT!

I've lived there for two years and because I've metro'd to work, the location has been fabulous. The rent is steep and gets steeper and now they're sticking tenants with their own utilities. They don't care about their tenants and the facility. They made an effort to upgrade the workout room and have never maintained it. The TV's never work or only have picture or only have sound. The water gets shut off or mucked with constantly and I often have to let the water run for a long time before it even heats up. If you have the money to blow, go for it. Otherwise, I would keep looking.
