Terrible apt, good location

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Started off good never had any problems. Our first winter here, the heat never worked and instead of fixing the heat maintenance gave us a space heater that didn't work! This winter the heat still doesn't work and the front desk said that several residents have been calling but the maintenance workers were late for FOUR hours late for work. Additionally there are several problems with the water in the building and my washing machine has not been working for about a week.
Don't live here and can't wait for my lease to end!
