Most of the things people have been saying on this site are fairly accurate...it just depends on whether or not you have a tolerance for things like water being off freqently, routinely lost packages and the staff being unhelpful (all of which are dead on). Because of the location, those things didn't bother me as much as the recent note I received under my door, which "for my convenience" outlined my proposed rent increase after one year of living here...taking my rent from $1390 to $1480 for 12 months for a one bedroom. I dont know about you, but a 6.5% increase feels a little bit much for me...and the note doesn't say whether the staff will equally be 6.5% more helpful...doubt it.
