Too pricey for what you get

Lincoln Towers could be one of the best places to live. But if fails in some key areas.
The building is old. Maintenance is done on the pipes 2-3 times a year. My water had to be turned off 5 times last year, but that's probably higher than most. However, even after the maintenance, the pipes are noisy in the evenings. Other than that, maintenance has always been quick and helpful. Only once did they have to come back for a second time.
There's always a parking spot, but not always a convenient one. The spots are small, and you have to decide to be brushing up against a concrete pillar or the car who parked over the white line.
The grounds are nice, and the building is relatively clean, with the exception of the balconies.
It's very safe, and the staff has always been helpful and accommodating. They wait till the 61st day to give you your new rent from year to year, giving you one day to turn in your 60-day written notice should you decide to leave. For a new 12-month lease, my rent was raised over 30% per month.
