I have lived at Lincoln Towers for about a year now and do not like the property at all. I had transfered from another Smith property and thought it would be run well but i was wrong. The women at the front desk on the evening and weekend shifts are extremely rude and feel that they are doing you a favor by helping you. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. The halls are typically illuminated with the smell of trash, some lights are out making the halls gloomy, the paint and carpet are way out of date. The elevators are currently having major problems but it is not going to be fixed any time soon. There is construction noise EVERY night. During the summertime, the pool was never cleaned, the water was dirty and smelled. Sometimes do not get notices about packages until a week later. The insulation is horrible! I can hear my neigbors phone ring, i can hear when she opens her closet door, and i can also hear when her alarm clock goes off in the morning! For the rent you pay here, you can definitely find something better in the area. Waiting for my lease to be up...
