AWEFUL!!!! (but the maintenance staff)

I have been here for 3.5 years by the end of the lease I got pregnant and hubby and I needed to move to bigger place. We got aweful treatment from management. They did not let us sublease appartment nor to pay anything less then two months rent which is 3500 dollars, even if we told them 6 months in advance. They will also not renew your lease after one year but sometimes less so they get your lease to expire at the end of Sept when is the best for them.
It is certain you will get screwed with any property owned by Archstone especially Lincoln Towers.

On the positive note: Greatest maintenance staff ever. They are super responsive.
Everything else is very average or below the average.

I agree. The maintenance staff are really wonderful. This place has two things the great maintenance staff and the location. Otherwise it is pricey and has a dorm-like atmosphere on the weekends.
