Lincoln Towers is not perfect but what place is' Since I have been here I have seen many improvements already. The maintenance staff is highly efficient and friendly. The front desk staff are very busy, but always are helpful. The leasing staff and management staff have always been pleasant and seem to want to help in any way possible. They are really good about following up with any questions or concerns. Plus you can put you own requests in online when you are a resident. There are many conveniences they give you as a resident. I haven't noticed a trash smell in the building and the water seems fine to me. I can always find a parking space because many people won't go down to the third level, they think parking is bad. It's not! The apartments are good sizes for the price and the area. It is a great location to the metro, shops, and restaurants. It is a clean building and I see the pool being cleaned all the time, even in the off season. I don't see what the other people are seeing I guess. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone. Don't take everyone else's word for it. You need to see it with your own eyes and make your own opinion. Obviously some others see things differently.
