Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I've been in the building for two years now, each of which included a rent hike of more than $75-100. ALso, I live on the 22nd floor and have CONSTANTLY been put out by service men entering and leaving -- all the time! And it's always at 8:30 or 9 a.m. I even had two plumbers walk in on me when I was coming out of the shower. Also, the entire top floor and lobby area smells like trash six months out of the year, with the office management saying "oh well" about the issue. My friend came over and thought there was decaying roadkill in my apt.
