Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived in Lincoln Towers for a year and then moved when they raised my rent like 20%. The office staff was downright rude, and during their water pipe upgrade, there were lots of problems. They made a mess in my apartment (although they did give me a gift certificate to Ballston Mall once for the mold they created) numerous times. The location is not worth it, it's extremely close to the metro, but the Ballston area in general sucks.
This property seems to look really nice on the outside, and they are extremely nice when getting you to rent an apartment, but after you move in, they don't give a damn about you, and are ruder to people who come visit you.
