Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Well - we have loved living there for the time that we have but they just put our rent up by $155. It's the second year in a row that they have raised our rent by over 10%. We tried to negotiate this down, but they just refuse to listen. So it's an ok place to lve but look out for those annual rent hikes!
