	This place is a wreck! Not safe, because they cannot keep the garage door fixed, smelly and loud ...and the staff are clueless, whenever they are actually AT WORK, which is rare. They want this place to be a hotel ... more

	it is a new building and experiencing growing pains. Changing ownership surely doesn´t help either. But on the whole it is a very satisfactory place to live. The office staff is really great and very willing to help.

	There are many problems with this place, even though it is brand new. The service is generally friendly, but will not help with any problems. Benefits written into our lease were not honored.

	This is a brand new building and ownership has just recently changed hands. It is very expensive and although quality is generally high, there are some strange lapses. Generally has kind of a college dorm/hotel feel to it. And, athletes ... more
